Astronaut Andrew Morgan jettisoned the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer's (AMS) debris shield away from the ISS🛡️ On November 15, 2019, astronauts Luca Parmitano (ESA) and Andrew Morgan (NASA) performed complex surgery on the space station's AMS particle detector in the most challenging spacewalk since the Hubble repairs.
