Kompf Training Systems on Instagram: "Here’s a speed French contrast series we used today in our speed group to peak their acceleration speed with unresisted sprints. Here’s what we did 1. Heavy sled pushes 10yd or 5 seconds whichever comes first 2. Chain resisted sprints (first set- 3 chains, second set- 2 chains, 3rd set- 1 chain) 3. Unresisted 10yd sprints. - 3 sets through this series. During this series every athlete ended up hitting either PR’s in their 10yd sprint or marching their best.
